They contribute to the firm's strategic direction, quality assurance and client engagement, and lead or support the design and delivery of assignments — helping ensure consistent analytical rigour, contextual relevance and delivery discipline.
Visiting Partners
Visiting Partners are experienced practitioners and specialists who contribute to assignments on an ad hoc basis — as senior advisers, subject-matter specialists, facilitators, researchers, delivery experts or evaluators — bringing expertise from across Africa and beyond so we can draw on specialised knowledge when an assignment requires it.
This model allows Praxis Meridian to maintain a lean advisory structure while accessing a much wider pool of expertise.
No two institutional challenges are identical. For each engagement, we identify the combination of expertise required — the strategic question, the institutional context, the technical requirements, the delivery challenge and the stakeholder environment — and build an assignment team around those requirements.
